# John Moretti > Product Leader Driving 0→1 Innovation | 6 Companies, 1M+ Tech & Robotics Products in the Hands of Real Users Location: San Carlos, California, United States Profile: https://flows.cv/johnmoretti Product and customer success leader focused on solving customer needs. I've shipped over 1 million units of physical products and shipped apps used by millions of people. My specialty is building 0-1 products, driving them from idea --> prototype --> product market fit --> growth stage. With both a technical and a design background, my product leadership draws on the extensive experiences I have had throughout my career: designer, engineer, manufacturing lead, QA/QC, product and customer success leader and startup leader. From toys to AI, I've been a part of a wide spectrum of technologies and have a unique perspective on the product development process. I've weathered the ups and downs that go along with startups and product development and have learned greatly from both success and failure. ## Work Experience ### VP, Customer Success @ Robust.AI Jan 2024 – Jan 2025 | San Carlos, CA Built the Customer Success team.
