Investigated abnormalities in glia and glia-neuron interaction in people with autism. Examined the neuronal changes that take place over the course of normal primate development. Developed numerous scripts, including a postmortem MRI image processor, a cellular spatial pattern analyzer, and a program for manipulating, moving around, and capturing cellular coordinates from a tiled image captured from multiple fields of view.
