As an intern at KREL, I had the opportunity of pair programming with full time developers as a full stack software engineer on an active project in a team of 13 people. We developed and maintained Jigsaw, a tanker air refueling web app that saved the government ~$400,000 a day. We used SpringBoot/Java for our backend combined with Flow/React for our frontend and Redux for our state management. In order to ensure our code is safe and of high quality, we made sure to run unit and integration tests with frameworks like JUnit and Cypress.
