Owner of remediation ecosystem to advance engineering efficiency for product orgs. Solutions saved 20 eng years for products orgs in the adoption of Privacy Infrastructure org’s technology. Responsibilities include sprint management, roadmap planning, mentoring other engineers, ensuring product/project impact, collaboration + alignment with stakeholders. Better Engineering and Operational Excellence eng lead, Privacy Infrastructure: Eng lead for better engineering and operational excellence program for a ~200 engineer org.
