Led the redesign and development of the Sugarmate app, modernizing its look and improving usability to support future feature expansion. Collaborated closely with UX and developers to define requirements, write user stories, and manage project timelines. Worked with 25+ stakeholders across multiple departments to align internal and external goals. Spearheaded system architecture design to integrate Sugarmate into Tandem’s ecosystem. Left to hike the Pacific Crest Trail, 2650 miles from Mexico to Canada over 5 months.

Carbon is a direct-to-consumer SaaS product for publishers to monetize their content without relying solely on advertising. We help publishers connect with and monetize their readers directly, whether through ad-block recovery, voluntary contributions, subscriptions, and/or consent management. Our mission is to help publishers build cut out the middlemen and get back to what they do best: producing great content for the web.
