Jan 2021 – Jan 2025 | San Francisco, CA
Led a team of UX designers integrating new features into IBM's Data Product Hub, designing 7 new features and redesigning 12 existing to meet user and customer needs. 

Redesigned the Subscribe feature to integrate Agentic AI capabilities and led the research initiative to develop new user profiles for a fast-growing product, while ensuring adherence to Carbon Design System patterns and guidelines.

I Spearheaded the initiative to re-architect the ServiceChannel platform experience. Led the build-out of an extensive desktop and mobile pattern library with usage guidelines, and designed a modernized UI shell and navigation architecture to improve discoverability and efficiency.

As a Design Architect, I designed and led the creation foundational components for the multiple Oracle design systems (Redwood, Fusion and Jet) that shaped the building blocks used across the entire product suite. Highlights include: 

Input Component 
I designed the next-generation Input component, defining its behaviors, states, and micro-interactions to serve as the foundation for date pickers, address fields, and form elements across the product suite.

Universal Panel
A structured page component serving as the foundation for all Oracle Applications across desktop and mobile that delivered consistent, responsive, and adaptive behaviors across every product and device.

### Senior User Experience Designer @ Oracle

Led product design for Oracle's Supply Chain Management products, including Order Management, Order Configuration, and Manage Sales Orders. Developed deep fluency in a new development platform while delivering task flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes in a cross-functional team environment alongside Developers, Strategists, Product Managers, and Usability Engineers.

Also designed key features including Search, Time and Expense, Work Orders, and Bid Factors across multiple versions of Oracle's Services Procurement product.
