I work on projects from start to finish, helping define project goals, managing client relationships, and ensuring a smooth transition from research and information architecture to visual design to development and launch. At Mule, I was lead designer on major redesigns for Stanford University, Cornell University, the San Francisco Conservatory of Music, and the Wikimedia Foundation. Outside of client work, I lead revenue-generating workshops for public and corporate audiences on presenting design work, incorporating feedback in the design process, and writing for the web. As the senior designer on the team, I led projects from small quick-turns to larger digital and branding efforts for clients such as Facebook Messenger, Citi Ventures, and Intuit as well as the redesigns of the agency's public-facing website and staff intranet. I also helped socialize design with employees outside Integrated Services and clients who had until recently only engaged the agency’s traditional services. I also mentored multiple junior designers. ### Senior Visual Designer @ Elefint Designs Jan 2013 – Jan 2015 | San Francisco Bay Area I put design to good use for nonprofits and social enterprises, creating websites, motion graphics, branding, infographics, and more. I owned designs from kick-off to development while balancing (often tight) deadlines for multiple projects. This included doing design research, UX design including wireframes, comping and prototyping, coding, animating, and QAing. I provided mentorship to more junior designers and actively brought new knowledge into the studio. ### Creative Services and Social Media Manager @ Fenway Community Health Jan 2012 – Jan 2013 | Greater Boston Area I started as Fenway’s first in-house designer and quickly took on additional roles, including the organization’s social media and blog. I worked closely with the Associate Director and Vice President of Communications to grow the department and brand. I supervised the Web & Print Design Associate. As the primary designer resposinble for the entire organization, I updated all public facing websites and client materials. I designed HIV/AIDS research recruiting campaigns that were used as models nationally. Liaised between the CEO of the non-profit, beneficiaries, and participants. Maintained a vital social media presence to drive participation in the event.
