Built secure, non-production Django API endpoints to support QA test automation, enabling controlled configuration updates, Redis cache invalidation, and password hash modification and restoration.

Repaired internal Slack file upload pipeline by refactoring API calls and strengthening error handling, improving notification reliability.

Expanded backend test coverage by authoring new unit tests and refactoring legacy Django tests to pytest.
