Launched Uber Commute in Washington DC. Conducted UX research, wrote research plans, made key product decisions, and coordinated with marketing teams. Worked with the product manager to develop the product roadmap and was responsible for delivering the full product design, design documentation, writing content, and user journey creation. ### Product Design Lead • Driver Experience @ Uber, Inc Jan 2014 – Jan 2016 | San Francisco Bay Area Lead designer for the driver on-trip experience. Developed a UX framework that extended the driver experience beyond single pickup to multi-passenger and package pickup.
