I am an intern for the Bethel Public Schools IT department while in college for my Bachelors in Science for Computer Science. My job consists of:
Device management for over 1000 devices including all Apple Products and many different Android and Windows-based products
Installing Cisco Meraki Access Points in over 4 schools across the district to ensure a stable connection at all times
Learning opportunities for server maintenance and management, inventory management and re-imaging all devices to maintain a current and stable software version over all devices
Working in programs such as Jamf, Google Admin, Splash Buddy, and eHelpDesk
Working on tickets on eHelpDesk all year round for all personnel within the district that encounter an issue including administrators, students, and staff
Team-based projects and work on different tasks across the different schools
One of my achievements in this job was the solo undertaking of resolving an issue with Rosetta Stone on the students' laptops which was affecting the majority of the high school. The issue could not be resolved in office and so I had to contact Rosetta Stone and discuss with them over the span of a day to see if we could find the source of the problem. They updated their policy for our school which resolved the issue on the test devices we used and we had a control group for a week before I spoke to my superiors about releasing the updated policy to the rest of the school.

I began in 2014 when the church first was created and I was the lead IT Technician. My job, though all volunteer, consisted of everything from speaker and sound setup and maintenance to website developer to security. As the church grew so did my job requirements because it grew from managing a single church to a network of churches around the world. With the size of the church increasing more people joined the IT department which I was working on solely until 2016. I began to delegate certain people to certain churches to better be able to handle the work load we had in front of us until eventually in 2018 when I began college and stepped back from being fully involved and let the team manage everything. I am now a consultant for the church and when anything major occurs whether it be with their: livestreams, radio, website, or having a service at a local concert venue, they contact me to help with any issues they have.

I was a Sales associate at 17 years old and sold over $20,000 worth of Jewelry in the time I was there. I spoke English and Portuguese which increased the traffic in the store because the area I worked in had many Brazilian people who would walk into the store but were never able to buy anything because they could not converse with the staff effectively. I worked through busy holidays such as: Black Friday and the Christmas season (day before Christmas included) demonstrating my ability to work well under pressure.
