Design is a framework of thinking, not a visual medium. To architect; to code; to wireframe; to coordinate. These skills serve a process and all require thoughtful and intentional design of a path forward.

UX Design and development integrations support for the UX team at Away Travel. Specific projects have included PDP ideation and design iteration, Figma UX Library, and Webflow integrations support.

I've worked part-time with Brave Venture Labs since July of 2017 to help them design and build their Talent Pipeline and Workforce Diagnostic experience. Brave uses a combination of Data Science and innovations in talent segmentation to create qualified talent pipelines for companies in the hiring process. I help Brave design and build their internal and external product experiences to develop new tools for talent comparison and analysis, support sales and talent acquisition, and augment data science teams in data processing. I have personally built codebases for front-end in React, as well as architected and coded their data-layer in GraphQL/Apollo, and supported their internal teams in improving process and tool-sets.

I have been supporting the Marketing and Communications teams with strategy and buildout of their web ecosystems, including UX Design and Front-end Development for Wordpress, instapage, Hubspot, Analytics and tracking.
