Estee Lauder Companies Inc (NYSE: EL)

• Designing the end-to-end architecture and dataflow of Estee global brand design system. The design system supports 23 brands and includes complex permission control from Figma to Github, data flow control and management (up and downstream) and a single source of truth stored in code.

• Designing the architecture, dataflow and permission control of all components and composite components in the design system.

Expedia Group (NASDAQ: EXPE)

• Leading the design efforts for developers.expedia.com

• Frontend coding (prototypes + production)

• Developing design system components

Volta Charging (NYSE: VLTA)

• Developed updated brand guidelines, font and colors

• Designed and developed a new mono-repo Volta design system

• Used the new brand guidelines and design language to build multiple internal B2B applications.

TechGC

• Developed updated brand guidelines, font and colors (not yet online)

• Designed and developed a new TechGC design system

• Complete redesign of existing application (Linkedin meets Clubhouse)

Bloom Trading

• Built (designed, coding in python) custom scanners and execution tools for day trading equities in collaboration with Bloom Trading (formerly Montreal Trading Group) including a Pair finding tool, Pair execution tool and OPG (Open Price Gap) scanner and backtesting tool.

Design Manager at Invesco Digital Wealth. Managed and led a small team while:

• Designing a digital portfolio management app

• Envisioned, designed and led the efforts of a single source of truth design system for Invesco Digital + subsidiaries.

Rebuilt and managed ZenDrive’s design team (4 designers including myself)

Rebuilt, rebranded and rethought existing products and assets thought the design and development of a design system w. both standard and custom components.

Designed B2B application by converting AI data into digestible and usable insights and UI.

Created and educated partners on a new design language for a suite of products and services.

Provided design, tech guidance and product expertise to the VP of product.

Update: Team is now +80 employee, +$9B AUM and $320M dollar raised equity and debt.

Part of the executive team, instrumental in building the business, product and team.

• Scaled the team from 3 employees to +20 employees by identifying, interviewing and hiring the best and the brightest

• Planned and managed tasks for a 10 person dev team

• Combined business goals and strategies with user needs, goals, experiences to design and create new products and features

• Designed, managed and built a fintech platform that took AUM from $5M to +$250M in less than two years.

I created a consumer wearable payment prototype bridging the physical and digital world. The prototype was at the intersection of design and data science, internet of things, privacy, identity and behavioral design.

After presenting the prototype to C-level leadership our team got the green light to move the prototype into production.

• Built a team of 9 engineers (hardware, software, data science, EEE)

• Delivered UI, UX, industrial design, sensor requirements, etc.

• Developed strategies and managed expectations for engineers and company leadership

• Took product from research insights through development and eventually to large scale manufacturing and mass production
