I returned to American Express to spearhead the design and development of the Centurion New York app while also overseeing all digital lounge products for the Global Lounge Collection. I lead cross-functional teams in Product Management, Product Design, Data Analysts, and Content & Localization Management, driving success in both consumer and internal solutions.

As part of the Small Business Team at Instagram, I designed and built new lead generation tools aimed at connecting small businesses with consumers through organic and paid channels. I led the design and product direction, resulting in improved engagement and a measurable increase in lead conversions.

Following American Express’s acquisition of LoungeBuddy in 2019, I led a growing team of Designers, Product Managers, and Data Analysts to enhance our B2B and B2C travel products. Together, we launched multiple updates that significantly improved user engagement and streamlined the travel experience, connecting travelers to the right airport services.

As the first Product Designer at LoungeBuddy, I developed and launched four innovative products: LoungeBuddy for iPhone, the LoungeBuddy Website, LoungeBoss (iPadOS check-in system), and Partner Portal (a web-based content management tool). My designs contributed to a consistent 20% month-over-month revenue growth, laying the groundwork for the company’s successful acquisition by American Express.

As a Freelance Designer, I provided branding, graphic design, and web design services to small businesses in South Florida. Notable projects include establishing the Duty Free Distributors brand and building their first website using HTML & CSS. I also created interactive prototypes for an iPad-based sales dashboard, enhancing the sales team’s performance.
