• Invented TikTok’s methodology for converting TV data into a reach curve based on existing industry research and validated my methodology against real-world campaigns.

• Designed and implemented a new cross-media campaign planner which leverages third-party TV and CTVOTT viewership data to forecast an optimal advertising plan for a TV + TikTok campaign.

• Designed reach curve fitting methodology allowing a curve to be generated from a single reach vs cost point.

• Implemented ML/tree-based regression model to predict future reach and frequency based on campaign parameters.

• Managed the backend of our viewability solution, emitting metrics using the OMSDK.

• Contributed to WFA Halo, an open-source campaign measurement tool built in conjunction with Google and Meta which can measure cross-platform reach and frequency for advertising campaigns. Built TikTok's implementation of this product, which allows us to fulfil incoming requests for measurement.

• Built multiple integrations for third parties who perform measurement on TikTok, these integrations fetch and upload advertising impression data. Built a data lake to collate our impression data and created a QA and monitoring process for these uploads.

• Building a custom integration to connect our CRM with our issue tracking tool so that the Customer Service team can communicate issues effectively with our product development team.

• Built a custom link shortener for the company, currently migrating the shortener from Firebase to AWS.

• Preparing the company to become ISO 27001 certified.

• Developed rapid technology prototypes for clients to demonstrate new business use cases and potential new product offerings for clients. The prototypes form the basis for which future client work will be built upon.

Kiru is currently operating in stealth mode. I joined the company at its very start in January 2020 to develop the business model and offer my technical and entrepreneurial expertise. As the company grew and as the business moved out of its planning phase, I began working on the technical side of the product. I acted as an interim project manager before moving to an IT lead role, setting up and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure.
