I led Enjoy’s product design team, helping to ensure they were involved in high impact work, continually supported, and on a clear path for their career growth. I also worked in a strategic role with product teams and stakeholders to make sure product design and UX research was integrated into the product lifecycle.

Because of our lean design team, I also played an IC role, primarily leading design for our Expert Experience (iOS app and performance management tools).

Designed Airbnb's first demand-shaping tool, allowing Hosts to better understand variance in their demand throughout the year.
