A biology enthusiast gone rogue, diving into the industry of software engineering. Given my background, I am most intrigued by integrating technology with biological/psychological principles to create a more deep, positive, effective, and natural way to look at problems. Some of my interests include VR/AR, biomimicry, automation, UI/UX, leadership, goal-setting, networking, innovation and AI technology.

I am most experienced with JavaScript and Node.js and have built several multi-layer, monolithic web applications for which I had to dive head first into the unknown and work in agile environments in order to learn multiple new technologies while meeting deadlines. My experience from these projects makes me very comfortable with technologies across the stack including SQL and NoSQL databases, popular front-end frameworks like React and AngularJS, continuous integration technologies such as Travis, cloud deployment platforms like Heroku, as well as web technology fundamentals including HTML, jQuery, and CSS.
