Lead Visual Designer for Chromebook Apps visual development.
Launched two 1st-party apps for Google Family and Education team:
Screencast app
• Designed UI for Screencast, first video recording app for ChromeOS
• Developed video player, pen tools, and Webcam UI with IXD
• Provided redline specs, and work closely with the ENG team on app design implementation
• Art directed Google Material style OOBE illustrations and tutorial videos for new app users
Cast Moderator app
• Designed UI for Cast Moderator, an education app that allows students/teachers to securely cast
their laptop screen onto an external monitor using chromecast
• Developed app icon, app UI, and provided ENG detailed specs for implementation
• Collaborated with project managers/cross-functional stakeholders to define proper UX flow
• Applied user research data into UX design
Launched Calendar Widget for ChromeOS:
• Provides quick access for a compressed glance of Google calendar with events view, one of the most requested component features by Chromebook users
• Worked with ENGs to develop visual and motion implementation from start to polish

• Participated in design workshops for Material Design 3 polish, revamping the designs to the latest Google Material look and feel

Lead Visual Product Designer for Wear OS team. Launched the visionary Android Wear OS in 2014, and continued the efforts with six rounds of redesign and polishing launches with the Wear OS team.
• Continuously improved UX/UI designs for AWOS systemUI, including redesigning Quick Settings, Notifications, and the watch face picker
• Designed the revolutionary scalable carousal style App Launcher (patented) and carried through most of the third-party rounded hardware devices

Produced multiple projects within the course of ten months, working with retail graphics/signage
and creative catalog department. Projects include environmental design, produced retail logo
signage/banners for stores and corporate buildings; and catalog design, participated in designing
13 source books (catalogs) for the year of 2014.
• Fall 2013 and Spring 2014 – Worked closely with company’s Chief Creative Officer and
Creative Vice President, produced 13 interiors related catalogs, launching in May 2014.
Designed catalog covers, breakers, articles, product layouts and inserts for all 13 books, and
multiple advertisements for interior design magazines, published worldwide
• Summer and Fall 2013 – Designed and installed the latest New York art gallery RH
Contemporary Art banner signage and logo lettering. Created new barricade artwork for
newest gallery additions in Los Angeles and Connecticut during construction period.
Produced and managed internal 2013 Leadership Conference materials, including notebooks,
pens, and signage to completion
