I am a software engineer with a background in technical recruiting. Driven by curiosity and the passion to learn, I've decided to pursue my dreams of learning web development. My most recent project, Hyped, is a clone of the e-commerce website, Goat.com. I developed this full stack application utilizing React, Redux, and Javascript for the frontend while using Ruby on Rails, Ruby, and PostgreSQL for the backend. My second full stack project, Biscuits and Bones, is a platform that allows pet owners the opportunity to host and attend animal playdates. It utilizes the MERN stack while leveraging Google Maps API to provide users a realtime location.
