Private air travel membership e-Commerce
•Responsible for incorporating the UX process and design thinking into the product development cycle.
•Work closely with business stakeholders, product manager, CTO, and developers to ensure user needs are met and product quality meets the highest standards for consumer facing and internal applications.
•Own design problems from proposal pitch to MVP identification to data visualization to development to hand-off and beyond.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch impactful end-to-end consumer experiences.
