• Contract senior product designer for LinkedIn business platform.
• Design lead for revenue growth project of the LinkedIn checkout page, conducting fast follow experiments with A/B testing to improve conversion rates.
• Designed platform wide solution to bring help chat to full suite of LinkedIn apps as a mobile native feature.
• Design lead for bringing alternative payment methods to LinkedIn checkout such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Pay by bank.

• Worked as key design partner on products across Sales Cloud portfolio, managing large end-to-end projects as well as fast-paced feature delivery.
• Key product areas: Sales Planning, Maps, Territory Planning, Revenue Cloud
• Founding member of cross functional team that built a new product, Sales Planning, from vision to launch.
• Redesigned the marker layer builder for Salesforce Maps with a key focus on improving accessibility. All designs exceeded WCAG 2.1 guidelines and established a new modal that is easier to use with keyboard navigation.
• Led design efforts to update Territory Planning UX and UI, including a full redesign the core home page experience and app navigation.
• Spearheaded a pilot program for new usability research tools, and created training materials for the design org.
• Advocated for users throughout projects like a redesign of the Your Account product catalog, improving user's ability to manage their Salesforce subscriptions and purchase new products.
• Partnered closely with engineers and PMs and influencing product road map.
• Featured writer for the launch of the Salesforce Design blog.

Worked on multiple products across Sales and Revenue clouds - from end-to-end design projects to quick turnaround feature requests. I had a focus on championing accessible design, and ensured all designs exceed WCAG 2.1 accessibility guidelines.
Projects:
• Designed a new marker and color palette for Salesforce Maps to improve accessibility. Color palette was 100% distinguishable across all types of colorblindness.
Design resulted in two patents:

• Worked with PM and PMM to establish vision and strategy efforts for revenue cloud.

• Created prototype and demo for the 2019 Dreamforce announcement for the new Customer Asset Lifecycle Management product.
