Design lead in charge of scoping, prototyping, designing, and user-testing of the Optimizely Community, Knowledge Base and Learning portal. Worked with key stakeholders as well as managed external developer resources, culminating in launching within a compact timeline for our inaugural user conference. This product provided immediate value for our Customer Success and Marketing teams, as well as our individual end users of the product.
Design lead on a redesigned, high-converting product signup and onboarding experience for Enterprise users.
Initial member of the Optimizely Communication/Brand Design team, tasked with designing for a wide gamut of initiatives impacting internal and external elements of Optimizely's design. A highly cross-functional team that works alongside all departments, roles, and requirements.
Work closely with Front-end engineers to implement high-converting designs for the Marketing website, develop Design pattern library to increase code reusability, and contribute production front-end code.
Collaborated with other designers as well as executive staff and stakeholders in the development of identity systems for multiple events including our user conference with over 1,000 attendees, Opticon.
