Focused on simple, clear, and effective design that is easy to use and maintain. ### Senior Product Designer @ Bank of the West Jan 2019 – Jan 2023 | San Francisco Bay Area As a Senior Product Designer on the mobile app team, I led several exciting projects. One notable initiative was designing new account types that helped users monitor their carbon footprint based on their spending habits. 

I also played a key role in refreshing the brand and mobile interface, creating a user hub, and developing a new digital mailing center. These efforts greatly improved user productivity while elevating the overall app performance. Additionally, I was the Senior Designer overseeing the design process for our final product, which guided users through a transition to a new banking experience due to an acquisition. This change significantly affected the bank's 2 million app users, and through research and teamwork, it was essential users felt secure and at ease throughout the transition. - A key team member across various teams like research, marketing, product and development to deliver the best possible end results. - From concept to delivery: User research studies, mockups, wireframes and prototyping walk-throughs into Hi-Fi designs. Over my two years in this startup role, I played a crucial role in creating the largest social platform to emerge from Scotland.
