At Asana Design Systems, I’m leading the evolution of system components and patterns, enhancing UI consistency, code quality and cross-surface scalability across web and mobile partnering to increase velocity of development process for both R&D 600 engineers and 70 designers with System Engineering, UXR, Visual Experience, Data Science, and Content Design teams. I'm also supporting product team's system adoption and overall product design consistency through support rotation and office hour. I have improved foundational tokens and accessibility standards adopted company-wide and refined system guideline documentations through direct GitHub PRs, and supported code quality remediation and internal system tools with system engineers. Lastly, I have made parity for system in Figma library with code by leveraging AI tools like Cursor, which integrates with the company’s codebase.

Previously worked as an Interaction Designer at Google, where I created AR interfaces and prototypes for first-person and geospatial experiences in Google Maps. Collaborating with UX leads, product managers, prototypers, researchers, motion designers, and engineers, I helped establish and align the Live View and Street View design systems in partnership with the Geo Studio to extend the overall Maps design framework.
