Currently, Jordan is designing experiences at Stripe. In his spare time he advises early-stage companies like Cuebric and Superframe. Before that, Jordan was the lead designer of customer experience at Instacart, that company you might already get your groceries from if you were, but it also worked at at Abstract (those memory lane guys), to designers, and was busy adding modern technology to their tools, and Shortly which helped journalists tell stories with social media as easily and quickly as they were able to independently for the first time (remember those days).
