As a Senior Product Designer, I led growth design initiatives focused on driving user acquisition through large-scale projects and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) experiments. I spearheaded the design of a targeted, user-centered acquisition funnel that significantly increased customer leads. Additionally, I redesigned a viral growth loop that contributed to a measurable lift in leads, and overhauled the website’s navigation, taxonomy, and information architecture — improvements that drove higher click-through rates (CTR) to key pages and strengthened the overall user journey.

At Intercom, I led top-of-funnel product design initiatives, driving high-velocity experimentation and setting a strong quality bar for Growth work. I collaborated closely with Product Marketing and Brand Creative teams to redesign Intercom's homepage, resulting in a measurable increase in lead conversion rates.

Beyond design execution, I championed independent qualitative research practices across teams. I led a large-scale initiative to uncover top-of-funnel customer pain points, which evolved into a training program empowering marketing and brand partners to validate creative concepts through user research — helping scale qualitative research practices across marketing and brand teams.

TakeLessons (acquired by Microsoft) is a two-sided marketplace that allows students of all ages to search for specialized instructors and take lessons in person or online.

I served as a Senior Product Designer as the company scaled to include TakeLessons Live, a video platform connecting students to live online classes across a variety of subjects. I led efforts to drive activation for TakeLessons Live, notably increasing engagement rates through a redesigned, personalized onboarding flow rooted in user-centered design principles. My work helped improve early user experience, accelerate product adoption, and support overall marketplace growth.

At TakeLessons, I designed core product experiences for a two-sided marketplace, helping better match students and teachers to unlock value for both sides. This role gave me the opportunity to apply a more data-informed, experiment-driven approach to design, tightly aligning user experience improvements with business growth goals.
