Convex is an open-source, reactive database platform. We're a Series A startup backed by a16z, Neo, and more.

My projects have spanned everything from building an agentic AI coding platform to optimizing our database storage engine. I work on whatever needs to get done!

### Researcher @ IMC Trading

Collaborated with the IMC trading team to research novel options pricing techniques using partial differential equations.

### Software Engineer @ Netflix

Worked on DataMesh, which was general purpose data movement and processing platform for moving data between Netflix systems at scale. I implemented a job to identify and deprecate Kafka topics, which were a main component of this platform. By the end of my time, I identified that >50% of Kafka topics were no longer receiving data.

Worked on the billing infrastructure to overhaul the way Asana was sold. This overhaul enabled more flexible billing configurations like purchasing multiple teams under the same billing account and having the same account purchase multiple products.

Worked on a variety of features for the watch and monetization team. This included taking features all the way from design, to A/B testing, and eventually rollout. The most notable feature was an end-of-feed component, which increased watch time on the FB app by over 544k hours per day.
