In leading Curology’s Growth Design team, I was responsible for hiring, managing, and mentoring a team of Product Designers across the top-of-funnel experience for both Curology and Agency skincare brands.
During my tenure, I successfully identified and solved for team process improvements across product design, research and engineering resulting in significant financial savings, launched Curology’s second anti-aging brand, Agency, doubled the number of product SKUs, and drove a culture of resilience and adaptability during a time of tremendous hyper-growth and organization change.
