I work with and supported Waymo’s fleet operations in the Bay Area. We use a safety-oriented approach to guide self-driving vehicles as they interact with the public through demos and autonomous cruising. We provide annotated feedback on production, experimental software and machine perception as well as developing maps, procedures and public relations efforts.

I assisted Robinhood Financial primarily with account management, document disputes, order disputes, trade verification with Bloomberg Professional, Pattern Day Trading and 1099s. I designed a process and training materials for non-finance specialists to triage tax issues. Temporary through Premier.

At Uber technologies I served as an onboarding and driver operations specialist out of the Greenlight locations in Sunnyvale and Mountain View, CA. My responsibilities included orientation with Uber’s systems, explaining best practices, handling disputes between the partners and clients, and data collection of issues and their resolution. I worked with Uber’s limousine clients, including an audit of the Uber Black fleet and operation.

As Zoom Marketing's in house Graphic Designer I was responsible for driving the Zoom brand through the website and other sales and marketing initiatives. I also provide technical expertise in production of video, data visualization, Illustration, and graphics.
