• Designed and validated PID-based dewpoint feedback control algorithms for stable chamber humidity and temperature control.
• Implemented precise motion control with Trinamic motor drivers, enabling accurate fluidic dispensing and mechanical sequencing.
• Developed modular research firmware on Teensy/Nucleo platforms, including custom state-machine protocols and high-speed data streaming to Python analysis tools.
• Built and maintained Python live-readout and data-logging dashboards to accelerate R&D iteration and troubleshooting.
• Coordinated firmware integration across electrical, mechanical, and software teams, ensuring product reliability and smooth commercialization.
• Experience across low-level protocols (UART, I²C, CAN), DSP (digital filtering, velocity calculations), and instrumentation reliability testing (weekly dashboards, status tracking, and root-cause analysis).
