• Worked with a company wide cross-functional team to optimize the process for launching Peerspace in new metros, resulting in 20+ new metros launched in one year from max 3 in prior years
• Collaborated cross-functionally with stakeholders across the company to set the strategic direction for the team, define the roadmap and lead the team to deliver value to stakeholders
• Led the development of Peerspace’s integration with Forter for fraud detection which led to a reduction in fraud and chargebacks
• Led the integration with Stripe Identity for ID verification, making the marketplace safer for users
• Implemented foreign currency support in the admin website and in financial reporting in support of Peerspace expanding outside the US
• Collaborated with the CFO to automatically create journal entries for Quickbooks from the financial reporting system, saving the Finance Team 8 man hours per month
• Supported the CFO and Controller during multiple external audits by providing and interpreting data, leading to Peerspace successfully passing the audits
• Recognized as an expert on Peerspace’s data, advising and training people across the company on how to access it, interpret it, and use data to make decisions
• Managed a team of 3 full-stack developers; coached them, created growth plans and set goals resulting in increased contributions to the company objectives and the developers earning promotions
