As a founding engineer at Schoolytics, I, alongside the CEO, built and maintained the application's core features and functionality from the ground up. I was responsible for designing and implementing the front-end user interface and the back-end server infrastructure, ensuring the application was scalable, efficient, and user-friendly. Additionally, I collaborated closely with other team members to continuously improve the product, resolve technical issues, and incorporate user feedback. Overall, my role was critical in shaping the development of Schoolytics and ensuring its success as a platform for educational data analysis. My work included the use of Python, Javascript, SQL, Flask, GCP, Airflow, and more.

As the engineering consultant for Modesto City Schools, I was the sole engineer responsible for developing integrations and automations that impacted over 30,000 students. This included writing scripts to automate processes, developing data dashboards, and reviewing data models. I also provided professional development and support for the programming staff, helping them improve their programming skills. My work included the use of Python, Javascript, Google App Scripts, and SQL Server.

As a Data Analyst for Modesto City Schools, I developed and implemented scripts to gather and analyze data from the district's 30,000 students. I also streamlined the registration process for both students and schools through the California Assessment of Student Performance and Progress (CAASPP) by automating the entire process.
