I led a team of web designers and developers to create compelling digital experiences to grow CRISTA's digital efforts, collaborating closely with our data, content, marketing, and digital teams.

As a Senior Designer for CRISTA, I was responsible for shaping each brand's user experience. In 2016, I led the migration of CRISTA’s donation platform to FormAssembly and integrated it with Salesforce. I optimized the donation experience across all seven sites. I designed a custom card giving process for the Global Gift Guide, an ecommerce gift catalog and migrated the store to Shopify. Designed and developed a custom ecommerce pet sympathy card ordering solution for veterinary clinics.

Responsible for shaping and growing World Concern's brand online. I led the redesign of World Concern's website, transforming a previously static website into a beautifully responsive experience while solidifying World Concern's reputation as a trustworthy nonprofit. I also provided design direction for two of our sister brands: Seattle Urban Academy and Christian Veterinary Mission and mentored two other designers, coaching and growing their careers.
