Coded SQL scripts/ procedures to validate and correct existing user submissions within database.

Developed interactive user interface using R (on RStudio), JavaScript, HTML, CSS and python to download statewide surface water quality data from US Environmental Protection Agency’s data portal for user specified time-period; subsequently performed quality-control checks and compared the sanitized dataset to NJ’s surface water quality standards. The tool displays raw data and assessment results in form of interactive graphs and tables with statistics; it is used by the NJDEP to preparing biennial 305(b) integrated report and 303(d) list for impaired waters pursuant to Clean Water Act. The tool reduces data processing time from several months to few weeks. 
Developed interactive tool in RStudio to perform and display statistical and graphical comparisons of model results and data using interactive JavaScript based plots and tables. The tool was used for hydrologic and hydrodynamic calibration of a fate and transport eutrophication model.
Developed Excel VBA based communication and submission service for the Bureau of Freshwater and Biological Monitoring.
Created and updated Access VBA functions to maintain and analyze existing Access databases for the Bureau of Freshwater and Biological Monitoring.
Employed R to evaluate correlation statistics for hydrological flow models.
