• Designed for the provider product suite that spanned desktop, mobile, voice, and service design
• Conducted extensive research & analysis for launching a new product in a complex regulated industry

• Pioneered a digital wellness app to curb overuse, launching before iOS’s & Android’s wellness tools
• Responsible for entire product stack: strategy, feature ideation, prototyping, research & usability testing
• Launched a native Android App, concept to Play Store in 6 months, presented to angels, secured funding

• Created the “Cardpool” brand dual-sided marketplace for buying and selling plastic gift-cards
