• Manage finances, look for new clients, communicate with clients, hire & fire drivers.

• Accept product from various companies and create routes for me and other drivers to deliver. Deal with delivery app and fix problems.

• Train new drivers to effectively complete the job. Including how to load van, use delivery app and create a great customer experience.

• Drive delivery routes during the night for our main client Farm Fresh to You as well as take over and complete other routes when necessary (sometimes up to 220 deliveries in a night especially during Covid).

• Maintain a fleet of vehicles for making deliveries.
