• Facilitate collaborative worshops and working sessions using Figma and Figjam, enabling product, engineering, and cross-functional partners to co-define requirements, align on scope, and resolve complex flows early in the process.

As a project leader for Managed Healthcare Costs, I work within an agile team of UX copywriters, design system specialists, product owners, UX researchers, and ADA accessibility experts to modernize the experience of submitting and tracking medical claims for members of Kaiser Permanente insurance.

Giving members more control and confidence in their healthcare decisions by providing greater access & visibility to their data, educating users about the medical claims process, bringing outdated paper forms into the online experience, and communicating in clear, plain language about their share of healthcare costs and status of their claims.

Embedded in the core DNA Center team, I lead projects on AI Endpoint Analytics. I partnered with product & engineering to design the Risk Score feature for the Endpoint Inventory, which used machine learning to assess potential threats in network traffic, and contributed to automated policy assessment and network segmentation features. Also contributed to the AI Endpoint Analytics dashboard, and ISE Authorization rollback settings.

Design on the AI Endpoint Analytics feature for Cisco’s flagship network control platform, the DNA Center. Partnered with product, engineering, and domain experts to deliver UI solutions for managing device endpoint security, using AI/MC for identifying appropriate policies, assessing risks, and automating network segmentation.
