• Lead team of IT Specialists across different geographic locations to ensure high response times and resolutions to end user requests for support, ranging from daily IT operations to long-term systems and infrastructure engineering projects.
• Manage lifecycle of user accounts across external IAM platforms including Google Workspace, Okta, and Microsoft’s Azure AD and on-prem AD. Write powershell scripts for AD management and python internal webapp for automated provisioning on other platforms through REST APIs.
