2. Commission Payments Redesign: Standardized complex commission plans, built commission calculator, designed customer-facing form & statements, and generated invoices, automating ~50% payouts
3. Customer Support Experience: Enhanced customer support experience and developed case management system for 20-member support team, achieving 4-hour ticket resolution SLA in 88% of tickets (33% improvement) and NPS score of 65 (18% improvement)
