Key Achievements:

ConversationIQ & AI Automation: Engineered an end-to-end AI system (Node.js/React) for sentiment analysis and user voting, streamlining internal feedback loops.

Supply Chain & CRM Optimization: Developed Python-based API integrations for CRM report processing and data extraction, eliminating manual CSV handling for the FAQ and finance teams.

Internal Tools & Extensions: Built the ZinusExtension and IBPHelper (JavaScript/Chrome API) to automate Excel and browser-based workflows such as invoice processing on SAP, directly improving cross-departmental productivity with AI implementations.

Agile Operations & Jira Management: Streamlined engineering workflows by architecting and managing Jira task boards, ensuring clear ticket traceability and efficient sprint execution.
