As a senior UX manager in Schwab's accelerators, I led my agile UX teams through a highly iterative, research-fueled, client-first process. The result: 2 products in my portfolio maintained position among the 3 top-rated products at Schwab by Client Easy Score, and my team was called "the gold standard" by our managing director.

Highlights:

• My team consistently scored at the top end of the range on the internal metrics for employee engagement (e.g. Glint surveys)

• From 2022-2024, I organized and facilitated 5 workshops and trainings to advance understanding and adoption of Artificial Intelligence tools at Schwab (2022: Introduction to DALLE [2x]; 2023-2024: AI Writer application trainings [2x]; 2024: Identify and prioritize GenAI pilot projects for internal and external users)

• My team conducted the first user research study at Schwab with vision-impaired users, initiated by my proposal and efforts to get approvals

• In 2023 and 2024, I received the Key Contributor Award, which is given to the top 10-15% of Schwab staff members

Led an Agile UX team (design, content, and research) through its ramp-up to design, develop, and release 4 products to rave reviews. Schwab featured my team and PDLC methodology in a case study in Schwab's UX Guidebook (printed book) for other teams to follow.
