Worked on supporting the core LDAP identity database for AzureAD (Office365 authentication and on-prem Active Directory).
- Implemented performance optimizations in the ldap query processor.
- Built a version of wldap32 that has a true multi-threaded mode.
- Implemented configurable limits to help prevent the database from reaching overload due to some ldap-specific semantics surrounding concurrent database transactions conflicting with each other. 
- Implemented aggregate statistics across all of the tracing in the codebase.
- Performed time-sensitive  analysis of code, crash dumps and log files to debug live production issues.
- Supported an internal team on planning the rollout of these changes.

-- Debugged performance and business impacting/blocking issues on several customer systems
-- Re-wrote and refactored major parts of the metadata framework for Dynamics AX, built migration tooling to prevent the requirement of supporting the legacy framework.
-- Re-Imagined metadata extensibility, created a new model for isolated metadata extensibility (2 patents pending, named with other contributors)
-- Jointly built several prototypes including a cross compiler and object remoteing framework
-- Implemented a strategy for faster serial execution execution and restore of SQL dependent data-centric tests
-- Reduced server production startup time, while maintaining compatibility for legacy code
-- Refactored a native interpreter's memory management for increased debug-ability, stability, memory footprint and correctness.
