Hi! I worked with the development team on 2-week product sprints that included tasks focused on the front end development using React and Redux at this YC-backed startup. I worked directly under the CTO but also would work with Head of Product and other full-time employees. Through this role, I learned many modern software practices, TypeScript frameworks, as well as how to turn customer requests into realized products and features. Some of these features included a new in-product search algorithm and improved user experience when using the app in Safari and when using the built-in Zendesk integration.
