I love the outdoors. Having grown up in Colorado, this means skiing, hiking and mountain biking. I have also lived in Hawaii, Texas, Brazil, and currently Utah. 

I am working as a Senior Data Engineer for Route. My job is to build a data platform through which analysts can view, and model Route's data. I love the fast pace of a startup, and love the engineering team at Route's commitment to a modern tech stack.

In addition to data engineering, I have experience writing web services in Golang, Javascript, and Java. I have been known to work on anything my company needs, including very clunky frontend pages, and overly-engineered session token management services.  

 I am a lifetime learner, engineering leader, and innovator. I seek fulfilling and challenging opportunities.
