Watch this space for updates. ## Work Experience ### Building tools for people managing chronic pain @ peoplelikeyou.help Jan 2025 – Present ### Senior Product Designer @ SafetyCulture Jan 2024 – Present | Sydney, New South Wales, Australia Led the design for a 14-month end-to-end redesign of SafetyCulture’s scheduling platform, partnering with Product, Engineering, QA, and TWs to migrate customers from a legacy system and enable future scale. The impact of which was: - 3.5k MAU / 1.5k WAU - 40% increase in scheduled inspections post-release - 55% growth in organisations using scheduling - Scaled to 1.5k+ active organisations with no measurable usability regressions or usage drop-off Led the redesign and rollout of SafetyCulture’s in-app notifications experience, partnering with Product and Engineering to replace a fragmented legacy system and establish a scalable, workflow-driven notifications platform. The impact of which was: - +16% increase in all-time notifications feed views, sustained above prior peak usage - +288% increase in actions taken from the feed - 2× increase in notifications delivered (30k vs 15k) - New feed fully displaced legacy notifications, focusing on a11y, across web and mobile ### Freelancing for people and planet @ Joshua Ratnasingham Jan 2021 – Jan 2024 - UX and UI App uplift with new design system in Figma to hand-over to a front-end designer coding in React Native, for Jolt, as they help make electric transport more accessible in Australia with a charging network powered by 100% local green energy to pave the way to a zero-emissions future - Enhanced the UX and UI, in Figma, for the onboarding experience for Maslow's native application in Google Play and Apple Store. Designs were handed to a front-end-designer leveraging Flutter; empowering members with disabilities to collaborate with family, support workers, and therapists all in one place - Defining end-to-end Service Design with 'OOXii Global' to reduce the burden of uncorrected refractive error in remote communities ### Senior Product Designer, UX & UI @ Accenture Song Jan 2021 – Jan 2024 | Sydney, New South Wales, Australia I loved the opportunity to work with the fun and talented team at Accenture Song! For two years I worked for the Australian Defence Force’s ‘Service Connect’ to design and develop UX and UI; unifying documents, systems, and processes into one website leveraging a bespoke Design System from Figma to Storybook; building in React, AEM, and Pega. My previous work empowered me to: - Design an end-to-end, UX and UI, E-Commerce experience on Figma for a Australian news media client leveraging Salesforce and Marketplacer - Improve the UX and UI for oncologists and patients in the cancer treatment process in Australian and London - Uplift the decision-making capabilities of a construction company building a new railway network in Western Australia, through enhanced UX and UI ### Senior Experience and Inclusion Designer (UX, UI, SD) @ Designit Jan 2019 – Jan 2021 | Sydney, Australia Loved my career at Designit! I delivered, award-winning, end-to-end experiences across multiple, sectors, journeys and touchpoints, making sure there was an effortless flow between onstage interfaces and offstage processes. I specialised in taking a holistic view of all stakeholders, their interactions, and supporting materials in order to fuel innovation and accelerate transformation. ### Service Designer, Design and Innovation @ AMP Jan 2016 – Jan 2017 | Sydney, Australia Co-designed in product teams for AMP Goals 360; a digital transformation project that successfully piloted a SaaS advice platform for 28 client practices. AMP Goals 360 was the culmination of hundreds of conversations with our customers to understand how to best connect them with their financial futures. ### Human-Centered Design Practitioner Program Lead, Design and Innovation @ AMP Jan 2016 – Jan 2016 | Sydney, Australia As part of a team, I led the design and implementation of AMP’s 90-day HCD Practitioner Program. This program empowered over 1,000 non-design practitioners working in cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, delightful, and valuable experiences using proven human-centred design and agile disciplines. ### Research & Insights, Global Marketing and Communications, Graduate Program @ AMP Capital Jan 2015 – Jan 2016 | Sydney, Australia Designed and executed the 2015 Client Experience Index global research. I was also responsible for drawing out insights from global trends and reporting them back to the business. ### Content and Publishing, Global Marketing and Communications, Graduate Program @ AMP Capital Jan 2015 – Jan 2015 | Sydney, Australia I was responsible for analysing macro environmental trends in order to create weekly commentary for various teams, as well as executing tenders for high-net-worth clients. ### Strategic Planning Intern @ McCann Worldgroup Jan 2014 – Jan 2014 | Melbourne I have had the privilege of working with the world’s most awarded agency of 2013. Placed under the highly accomplished Danish Chan and Serrin Dewar as a strategic planning intern, I was fortunate in that I was able to work across a range of industries, including FMCGs, Government and Travel and Tourism. I was assigned to some of McCann Melbourne’s key accounts, such as Metro Trains, Tigerair and various government initiatives. Under the guidance of Danish and Serrin I developed my ability to gain key consumer insights and use these to produce innovative strategies. ### Creative Strategy Intern @ Naked Communications Jan 2013 – Jan 2013 | Melbourne Area, Australia I was fortunate enough to work with the innovative team at Naked Communications.
