I have owned key organizational responsibilities throughout my career at Asana including:
• Tech Lead Experience - I rolled out a TL health check process to provide managers with better visibility into the capacity of their tech leads and address workload challenges.
• Project Eng Lead Training -> I created and documented the project eng lead responsibility which I had first adopted on the Core Experience team. I ran a publicity campaign for these resources leading to the responsibility being adopted by 80% of R&D teams.
• Off-sprints -> I revived the culture of off-sprints at Asana by synchronizing off-sprints across teams, creating a system to match new engineers to problem spaces, and measuring their effectiveness. These efforts ensure critical understaffed areas like internal tooling and recruiting received enough attention.
