• Contributed to a large-scale open-source project with over 10,000 commits, receiving mentorship and guidance by experienced industry proffessionals while practicing the Agile and iterative devlopment process
• Strengthened and applied core development skills with python including critical thinking, iterative code development, effective communication, and problem solving
• Engaged with industry professionals through fireside chats, networking events, and mock interviews to gain insights into current industry trends and enhance peer communication skills

### Software Engineer Intern @ CodeDay
Jan 2025 – Jan 2025
• Successfully contributed to TensorZero, a popular open-source LLM gateway (10K+ GitHub stars, 600+ forks), by adding robust test cases to support production deployment and reliability for non-OpenAI models on Azure
• Developed Azure-hosted LLaMA model tests with Rust for production teams' ability to test Azure's non-OpenAI models, leveraging existing Docker and Cargo for reproducible environments
• Communicated with external teams to resolve missing setup issues and added documentation improvements later adopted by the maintainers

### Software Engineer Intern @ CodeDay

• Collaborated in a team of 3 with an industry mentor on Utopia, an open-source PHP framework by Appwrite (300K+ installs), by implementing Laravel Pint for code formatting and linting the Cache
