I played a key role in the overhaul and launch of PRG's core application, modernizing the tech stack from ColdFusion to React, MUI, Node.js, and Express on Google Cloud Platform. The legacy system, which experienced up to three days of downtime per week, was transformed into a stable, performant application with virtually zero downtime.

I worked closely with 12+ cross-functional teams across two lines of business to define business needs, translate them into technical requirements, shape product roadmaps, and influence key decisions.

I also owned and developed a wide range of features including authorization, reporting, payment processing, mapping, file management, form control, data export, and more.

I designed and developed the Community Engagement Portal at Ntropy Data, which became the driving force behind the company’s acquisition by Civica. I built scalable, high-performance features that enhanced user engagement and positioned the platform as a key asset in the acquisition.

After the acquisition, I played a key role in transitioning the portal from Ntropy Data to Civica. I collaborated with international, cross-functional teams to integrate the product into Civica’s ecosystem, ensuring it remained compatible, scalable, and reliable.

As Ntropy's number one employee, I built the flagship product (frontend) from the ground up, which became the key factor in the company’s acquisition by Civica.

Using React and Redux, I developed a highly customizable community platform with a suite of 40+ engagement, feedback, and analytical tools. This platform powered the City of Sydney’s public engagement with over 5 million residents and played a role in their International Association for Public Participation Award win.

I developed and owned Ntropy's front end product suite, including surveys, website builders, authentication, analytics, comments, live polls, blogs, reporting, and more.

I developed custom small business websites using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with a strong focus on responsive design and user experience. I worked closely with clients throughout an iterative process, ensuring project specifications were met while providing professional recommendations on architecture, design, and functionality.

I collaborated with clients up to the C-level to communicate and coordinate sales strategies on a weekly basis, ensuring alignment with business goals. I strategized, developed, and tracked outbound email sales campaigns across multiple industries, refining approaches based on performance metrics. Serving as the primary point of contact between the company and my clients, I facilitated communication to ensure an effective sales process.

In addition to sales strategy, I worked with the development team to iterate and beta test our SaaS products, providing feedback from a sales and user perspective to refine software features and improve usability. By bridging the gap between client needs and product development, I helped ensure that solutions were both market-ready and aligned with business objectives.
