I have 5yrs of experience working on web applications. My recent work has been on Angular and React for Front-End projects but I have also built C# APIs on SQL databases. I have never had formal education but I have always learned everything I can in my role and made myself a core member of what makes my team successful.

I think there are 3 major aspects of this job that are invaluable
1. Writing code is a creative endeavor, there are lots of ways to solve problems and working with a team to 
    define what that looks like for YOU is so much fun
2. Passion for building great products. You have to keep your ego in check, You have to speak out when 
    you 
    have opinions and you have to be okay if the team doesn't see things your way. 
3. You have to LOVE the work and grow your skills always. I crave knowledge and growth even if the job 
    doesn't require it, that hunger keeps me going and it makes me a better team member
