### Senior Interaction Designer @ YouTube
Jan 2021 – Present | San Bruno, California, United States
• Led the integration of generative AI into the YouTube Creative Ad platform, defining the product vision and architecting solutions that significantly improved campaign creation efficiency.

• Boosted paid product acquisition and team growth by identifying contextual upsell opportunities on YouTube.

• Teamed up for NFL Sunday Ticket streaming launch


• Modernized YouTube's design system for promoted formats, introducing new interaction patterns that improved key engagement metrics and boosted modernity scores.

• Strategically led the development of a search system to feature the company's key paid offerings contextually within the user experience.

• Led the end-to-end redesign of the YouTube Ad creation tool

### Senior Product Designer @ Yahoo! Inc.
Jan 2016 – Jan 2021 | sunnyvale
• Co-lead the 2020 election hub (Desktop experience)
The Yahoo news team collaborated with the Huffpost team to build data utility modules within a limited time frame. I was a lead designer responsible for creating key election components and the Yahoo News’ hub page desktop design.

• 2022 CSUN conference acceptance   
Wrote a paper with an accessibility researcher on how to make the Election hub page accessible and show the process of deciding the map's visual presentation, and got accepted at the 2022 CSUN conference. 

• Lead the Covid-19 hub page (Desktop experience)
During the Covid-19 outbreak, as a part of the content team, we created an all-in-one page where users can quickly consume crucial information.

• Lead the internal publishing tool for editors, Creator tool 
In order to support interactive features on the Yahoo Play app, I helped build the flow and features for Creator Tool, which is an internal program that allows content makers to upload videos and add interactivity such as quizzes, AR, and shop cards.

• Lead the growth team of Yahoo Mail (App experience)
Worked closely with the data analysis team and user research team to redesign the onboarding process to improve the app retention rate. 

• Lead the Yahoo Sports team (App experience)
Designed a live play-by-play NBA module, which gave users live game updates with a moving visual infographic. Built the design ecosystem.
