• Partner with leadership regarding strategy development and prioritization, manage collaborations with cross-functional stakeholders, and maintain relationships with internal and external teams to take project plans and initiatives to completion.

• Supervised multiple teams on tight deadlines to execute equity obligations for the company’s 2020 public offering.

• Facilitated corporate governance matters including overhauling the board and committee meeting workflow; preparing materials for leadership; and collaborating with C-Level executives and other cross-functional teams to implement and determine equity compensation.

• Consulted on the company’s internal systems, including the transition to a public company platform and transfer agent; automated system integrations with the HR, mobility, and finance platforms; and employee and investor communications and manuals for the new platforms, including user interaction and experience and trading logistics.

• Oversaw equity team communications to triage and field current/former/prospective employee and investor inquiries, including developing and launching a message ticketing system, creating FAQs, and developing educational materials.

• Created, developed, and implemented internal systems and workflows, such as stock option exercise processing, work coordination, and control level accesses.
